Exchange and Return

With Britishome Bedding, all products are covered by a 2 year Warranty. We maintain full control over the entire production process.

You can report your cancellation request by calling our Call Center at +90 232 277 18 81 (09:00 -17:00 on weekdays), by sending an e-mail to our Live Support Platform or by writing an e-mail to 'bilgi@britishomebedding'.

 

I- Product Delivery

▌ The product/products ordered are delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information form and order screen, provided that they do not exceed 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. The product/products subject to the contract cannot be intervened by force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), from the transport/cargo company or Britishome Bedding. Britishome Bedding cannot be held responsible if it cannot be delivered within 30 (thirty) days due to reasons arising from 3rd persons and institutions. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or to request the delivery of the product after the impossibility is eliminated. If the BUYER uses the right to cancel, the product price is returned to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the written cancellation notification.

▌Britishome Bedding is obliged to deliver the product(s) subject to the contract in a sound, complete, with the same qualifications as the order placed, with a warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER hereby shall, during the delivery of the product / products purchased under this contract to him, before the assembly and installation, the same as the product ordered by the product and / or has the obligation to check if it is damaged. If it is determined by the BUYER that the product delivered to him is incorrect or damaged, BAMBİ must be informed in writing immediately and the product in question must be returned unpackaged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery at the latest. Otherwise, the product subject to the contract is deemed to have been received undamaged and complete by the BUYER and / or the person receiving the product.

 

II- Right of Withdrawal and Refund Process

▌ The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product / products subject to the contract to him/her.

▌ The BUYER can create the notification that he wants to use the right of withdrawal by calling +90 232 277 1881 by recording.

▌ The product/products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised are returned by Britishome Bedding at the BUYER's delivery address. Even if the package / packaging is opened, used and / or the packaging is not opened, the damaged products are not returned in any way and in this case, the withdrawal request of the BUYER is rejected.

▌Britishome Bedding is obliged to refund the price of the returned product/products within 14 (fourteen) days after the notice of withdrawal made by the BUYER is received by the buyer and the withdrawal notice is accepted. Refunds made by Britishome Bedding will be made in accordance with the payment instrument made by the BUYER. Britishome Bedding does not accept any responsibility under any circumstances for the applications regarding the additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by the payment instrument, payment institutions and / or banks used by the BUYER during the delivery of the refund to the BUYER and the disputes that may arise between the BUYER and the said payment institutions.

▌This refund policy, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, BHM Mağazacılık Mattress and Home Textiles Ltd.Şti. has been prepared for the purpose of clarifying the return conditions of the products purchased from the www.britishomebedding.com and all connected interactive applications and / or other online sales platforms.

▌All products must have their original labels in place and must be made with the original box and packaging.

▌The original box must be unworn, undamaged.

▌Return of damaged, incomplete, re-sellable products that cannot be purchased by a different customer is not accepted.

▌Refunds must be made together with the invoice by filling out the return form completely.

▌For mattress products; The protection sent with the bed should be passed to the scrap and delivered to the contracted logistics company.

▌Returns of products that contain any stains or are deformed cannot be accepted due to their ability to be offered for resale due to their return and hygiene conditions.
